Privacy Policy
This policy applies to the CPUVPN website, user panel and subscription services. The sections below explain the purposes, retention limits and request procedures for each type of data. Data passing through network acceleration routes is handled separately from orders and usage records used for account management, as described below.
Account Data and How It Is Used
Registration requires no email address; an account can be created with a username and password. An email address is optional. Providing one is not a condition of account creation. Account credentials are used for identity verification, sign-in and access management. Passwords should be stored in a verification format that cannot be directly reversed.
Account management involves processing subscription status, data usage, order records and support ticket content. These details are used to provide subscriptions, verify charges, handle refunds and respond to questions. When submitting a support ticket, provide only the necessary error description. Do not include your account password, full subscription URL or unrelated personal information from payment credentials.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Records
CPUVPN follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through subscription services, or retain browsing content, destination addresses or DNS query history. It also does not create connection logs linking a source IP address, destination address and connection time to an individual account.
Usage summaries and subscription status required for data billing do not include website browsing details. Route maintenance uses aggregated operational status. Temporary diagnostic data used to troubleshoot faults is limited to what is necessary and deleted when troubleshooting is complete; it is not converted into long-term connection records. Diagnostic details provided by users are handled as support ticket data and should not include browsing history.
Usage Statistics and Local Storage
Usage statistics on the marketing website help us understand page visits, referral sources and button usage. They are not browsing records from subscription routes. Statistics should be limited to what is necessary: passwords, subscription credentials and support ticket contents are not sent with analytics events, and statistics are not used to reconstruct route activity.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain sign-in status and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Sign-in credentials in the browser verify identity for user panel requests. You can clear this storage by signing out or using your browser settings. You may need to sign in again afterward, and saved preferences may be reset. Avoid keeping a signed-in session on a shared device.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third party and are subject to the payment page and that party's privacy notice. To verify payment results, CPUVPN processes order identifiers, amounts, payment status and necessary transaction reference information. Payment account passwords are not required.
Account data is not sold. Data processing related to providing subscriptions, verifying payments or maintaining the technology is limited to what is needed for the relevant task. If disclosure is required by law, the basis for the request should be verified and disclosure limited to the necessary scope. This policy does not mean that CPUVPN can provide access or connection logs it did not collect.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and provide services. Order and payment verification data is retained as required for service delivery, refunds, dispute handling and applicable law. Support ticket and diagnostic data is deleted or de-identified once its purpose has been fulfilled. Retention periods depend on the purpose of the data and are not extended indefinitely for convenience.
Sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access, correction or deletion of data, or to request account closure. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription use and access to order history. If some data must be retained by law or to resolve an open dispute, the reason will be explained and the data handled once the basis for retention no longer applies. Clearing browser storage does not delete your server-side account.
Policy Updates and Questions
Policy changes will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Material changes to data purposes, sharing or user rights will be explained through announcements in the user panel or other available notices on the site. Where separate consent is required, simply updating this page will not replace it.
If you have questions about the data involved, the basis for retention or the outcome of a request, please describe the matter in a user panel support ticket. Subscription use and refund rules are set out in the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
