Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

These terms apply to CPUVPN's cross-border network connectivity subscription service. Before using the service, review its scope, subscription details, and usage responsibilities. If you have questions about a specific provision, contact support through a ticket in the user panel before deciding whether to start or continue using the service.

Service Scope

CPUVPN provides access to international routes, subscription management, and client entry points, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Select a region first, then a route type, and check whether the target application works after connecting. The user panel shows the currently available routes and client options.

This service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, content licenses, or paid entitlements for third-party websites. The target platform determines its own regional rules, account eligibility, and content permissions. Connecting to a route does not grant access rights or guarantee that a particular website or app will always be available.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publish subscription links, transfer your account, or let others keep your password. If you notice unusual logins or unauthorized use, change your password promptly and report the issue through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, for the account holder's personal devices. This does not permit sharing an account with other users, distributing subscriptions, or reselling the service. Do not split subscriptions for sale or rent, or provide them to others as public network access.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Review the billing method, data allowance, and order details before choosing; see the plans page for prices.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where you are located and to your activities, as well as the rules of target websites. Do not use this service for fraud, invasion of others' privacy, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, or any other unlawful purpose.

Do not use the routes for unauthorized scanning, intrusion, malware distribution, spam, or network attacks. Do not disrupt the service, misuse another person's credentials, or use abnormal automated requests in a way that affects other users. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection quality depends on your local network, carrier routing, the status of target services, and device configuration. Maintenance, upstream outages, or changes to third-party rules may cause interruptions, regional changes, or failed connections. This service does not guarantee a fixed speed, a fixed exit location, or uninterrupted connectivity.

If a problem occurs, first check your local network and client settings, then try another available route. When submitting a support ticket, describe the issue without including your password or full subscription link. Responsibility for issues caused by third-party service outages, user devices, or events beyond reasonable control is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account Suspension and Termination

If an account is compromised, a subscription is resold or improperly shared, the service is used unlawfully, or service operations are affected, CPUVPN may suspend relevant connections, restrict account features, or terminate the service based on the risk. Where the circumstances can be verified, CPUVPN will explain the reason through a panel notice or support ticket and provide a way for you to submit additional information.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may request a review through a user panel support ticket. You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. See the refund policy for instructions.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

When service rules change, CPUVPN will update this page and its last-updated month. Changes that materially affect users' rights will be explained through an announcement or notice in the user panel, including when they take effect and how they affect users. New rules that have not been disclosed will not be applied retroactively to prior normal use.

If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and contact support through a ticket to ask how your current subscription will be handled. For details about personal information processing, see the privacy policy. Rights granted by law are not waived by updates to these terms.
